  • All prices stated in Far N Lily are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include international shipping, handling and local postage.
  • Items take about 1-2 weeks (unless otherwise stated) to arrive Singapore after payment is made to supplier so please do not rush Far N Lily for your items. ONLY order if you are willing to wait.
  • Please be assured that Far N Lily will do our utmost to ensure the quality and the correctness of your order, however, Far N Lily will not be liable for any defects or mistakes such as wrong color or size, made by the supplier.
  • The actual colour of the item you received may be slightly different from the picture posted in Far N Lily or any site links due to the lighting and resolution of your monitor.
  • Far N Lily reserves the right to cancel any pre-order without prior notice, should this happens, notification emails will be sent out and full refund will be made accordingly.

2. Products
All items are brand new including our Limited Edition Collection. All items are "free-sized" unless otherwise stated.

Limited Edition is limited design apparel that restricted to one piece per design.

Far N Lily will update with the new collection every 3 to 4 weeks.
It is our pleasure to bring our collection that will always last and forever.


3. Non-refundable and Non-exchangeable Policy
All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable because we inspected and well- packaged the item before we make the delivery.

Sale items are final sale and no exchanges/refunds will be done.


4. Payment
Please take note that receiving the payment invoice only implies your intention of confirming the item(s). Thus, item(s) not paid within the timeframe of 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter.

Internet-Banking transfers are highly recommended; however, if you wish to opt for ATM transfers, please keep a copy of the receipt as a clear picture shot of the receipt might be needed for verification purposes.


5. Sizing & Images
Additional images will not be provided, however, we will try our best to assist should you have any doubts.

If you are unsure about the sizing, do check the measurements here which were provided from us. If in any case you need help, do email us at farnlily@live.com . We will try our ultimate best to assist you.

Far N Lily makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our Web site. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products. We also stated the colour in every single design.


6. Price
Prices stated on our Web site are inclusive of postage charges unless otherwise stated. For more information regarding our postage charges, click here.

Prices are strictly non-negotiable.


7. Delivery/ Mailing Out
Far N Lily will not be held liable for lost parcels if the buyer chooses to opt for normal mail. Hence, it is recommended for all buyers to opt for registered parcels, simply pay an additional $2.24 for a safe piece of mind. Please note that a return address will be stamped on the back of every parcel before they are sent.

Postage charges vary depending on the category of the item(s). However, please note that we reserve the rights to charge the amount of postage we deem is right for the weight of your item(s). For more information, click here.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Self Collection
This is a special opt for those who does not have an online banking or restricted into banking transaction. If you opt for this method, Far N Lily will send a confirmation email or requesting a contact number before meeting up. It is recommended to prepare the exact amount of cash which is stated in purchasing order as we respect the transaction efficiency and convenience for both parties.


9. VIP Membership
Privileged of being Far N Lily's Member will give you a security and the best services to our customers. Requirements for Membership has been stated in here. However, please note that we reserve the rights to amend the information. It is recommended to check our updates frequently.


10. Fraud
Far N Lily will not hesitate to take legal actions against fraud cases. Please do not claim that you have payment if you did not make any.
